The Kongskilde Air Wash system combined conveying and cleaning of plastic regrind materials for reuse.
The Kongskilde Air Wash system has a heavy blower, which is used for conveying the plastic regrind materials
from a granulator to the special Air Wash cyclone, in which light particles, dust and strips are cleaned from the plastic material.
The cleaned material leaves the Air Wash system through a rotary valve mounted direct under the cyclone.
Lutek can supply magnets and metal detector as well, to also remove all ferrous and non-ferrous contaminants.

After the rotary valve the material passes through a system of cascades for a further cleaning. The material is then ready to be conveyed on in the production process.
Lutek also developped a special sequencing control, to start or stop all the machinery attach in a specific sequence
and avoid any material jam and motor or strap failure at the same time .
